"We enjoyed our stay and we had a pet friendly room. It’s a pity there is no bar here or no restaurant except for breakfast. Staff were friendly and would stay again due to being pet friendly and easy to park."

"We stopped in Maria’s house for 3 nights
Despite the language barrier Maria was very helpful.
The house is large and warm - a little dated but perfectly good with plenty of space "

"Not very friendly check in, but generally the restaurants we went were not very friendly which is not what I expected from the Spanish people. The hotel has a good location, just get use to have late meals, nowhere to have a coffee before 8:30 am. Dinner after 8:30-9 pm. Generally the town has not much to offer but having a car it’s great, nice places to see as driving 1 hour away from town. Been there done that. Very thin walls, you could hear the neighbors on the other side and it was a decent...

Amazing place! Alvaro made us feel at home since we arrived. The food was delicious, the house/ hotel is beautiful, exceptional hospitality. We stayed one night on our way to see the solar eclipse in Pampliega. We want to come back and stay a whole week!

I had a great stay while on a road trip through Navarre. Orasoian is a little village a bit out of the way from the city amenities in terms of restaurants and supermarkets, but I'd recommend eating the home-cooked meals at the hotel anyway: they were authentic Navarre and made with fresh local ingredients, I think my omelettes might've been made from the eggs of the chickens I saw in their coop :). The building is connected to an iglesias and very carefully maintained, and the owner was...

Happily for me, my time in Javier coincided with the running of the bulls in Pamplona so I was unable to find a hotel in town. I found the Parador because it was close enough to Javier. I predict that the Parador will earn the kind of reputation which will make it a "go to" hotel in Spain and internationally. It boasts of a courteous and efficient staff, lovely clean rooms, a gorgeous setting, and excellent food. The hotel is so good that I recommend more employees learn to speak English...

We enjoyed. Nice clean room with a great view of the cathedral. Friendly staff. Covered parking for a fee. And nice that they accept dogs for a small charge. Enjoyed our stay!

The lobby and room were very nice. The air conditioning worked well, which we were grateful for. It is pretty far out from the center of the city, but there is a bus stop fairly close (the bus requires coins). Reception was helpful and quick to answer our questions. We enjoyed our stay.

The adjacent abbey was built during the first half of XVIII century; the premises where the hotel sits today were built to serve as the abbey library and study place for the monks. Reyes, the owner of the hotel, purchased the place a few years ago and set up this cozy, health-minded business. Not only she cares about every single detail during your stay but she also offers an excellent very reasonably-priced 3-course menu for lunch and dinner. No doubt both the stay and food are highly...
