The property itself was very clean and well presented with everything provided that we could possibly need or want.We felt conpletely at home. The cottage was very homely. “Very poor directions to get thereNo roadsigns close to the house.No manuals for the various inventory. (Heating/hot water etc)Poor communication with owner, blurred phone numbers.Main electricitybox exposed.Housekeeping outside on the premises :poor. Inside allright, but Cleaning lady had short notice before we arrived and so did only the essentails.On the brights side:In the end everything was working, eventually we even found some food for the cat (!)Very quiet.Good that we met the neighbour……

“Sehr nette Vermieterin, das Haus ist toll und hat einen hohen Qualitätsstandard.Es liegt etwas abgelegenen und die Abfahrt erfolgt über enge Straßen.Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Seeufer ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.Wirklich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Mitte von Irland. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit entsprechender Fahrzeit gut zu erreichen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 20 Minuten entfernt.”

“We have stayed here before and received the usual warm welcome from the owner. The location is to the east of Carrick town, on a side road set back from the M4. The accommodation is quiet though. Bedrooms are cosy and homely.. A good breakfast in the dining room is ensured. Plenty of safe parking space.”
