“Everything about this house is welcoming and inviting, including the host! We ended up having to extend our stay twice, and for both times the host was more than helpful. Everything in the house was clean and convenient and was only a 5 minute drive to Texas Tech which was a HUGE plus for us. We also had the pleasure of staying here during the most recent winter storm that passed through. The house stayed warm throughout and the host even came and salted the driveway for us which helped.……

“Large house with lots of rooms. Great location. House looks a little rough on the outside, but inside is much better. No soap or shampoo in house and there are only 2 bathrooms (not 3 like the listing says). Whole house is in some disrepair. Great house for a bunch of guys to crash. Not sure ladies would enjoy it as much. ”
