“This place is amazing. Architecture, integration with the forest, food and service are all unforgettable!”

“Stunning spot overlooking a lake where elephants have been every morning and evening of our stay (can’t see them that well in the evening!). Extremely friendly and helpful staff and the food they prepare , whether breakfast, or if you ask lunch or dinner, is extremely tasty and plentiful. We cancelled our plans and stayed an extra night it was that good. Cannot recommend enough.”

“We accidentally found this fabulous hotel due to sudden change of our vacation plan. Hotel is located in very calm quiet area within 10 km from Sigiriya local ticketing office. We had an unexpectedly wonderful time in the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and supportive. Hotel has two well maintained pools and beautiful restaurant. Room and the whole hotel was very clean. Foods are so delicious as well. Highly recommend for couples or anyone would like to spend true relax time before or……

“We stayed in 6 different hotels during our trip in Sri Lanka and this one is by far the best one. Luxury feel with amazing view, spacious rooms and balcony, great service and breakfast. My favorite part is the pool, big with an amazing view of the field and farm. Note that it's almost 1km from the main road so you probably won't go out much. It also means it's secluded, quiet and secluded.”

“Beautiful place! It’s a little bit secluded which is great as it’s not noisy but you can still get to the main activities very easily. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool is such a treat when it’s a hot day out. The staff were all very helpful, pleasant, and attentive. The front desk helped us book a tour during our stay for the same day as we had a bit of time leftover and no plans. The breakfast buffet was excellent- there was a very friendly lady cooking the egg hoppers right at……

“Great location; nice facility; bad kitchen The hotel is located right at the exit of the Lion Rock; super convenience. Stoned building with teak furniture; entire environment is nicely set; with comfortable bed. However, food at the restaurant is awful. There are nice restaurants just next door; no need to have your meals in the hotel. Also, I sent the message to the hotel to be sure of the address twice but never got any reply.”

“Wonderful staff, peaceful place, nice breakfast”
