“The hotel is about 7-10min walk from the metro station. Groceries and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is small (but not as small as those in downtown Japan), especially the shower tub. The basic room clean-up (i.e. trash clean-up) had to be reminded twice. Those 5 elevators are effecient and fast to accommodate numerous hotel guests. The staff at receiption were efficient to handle check-ins. Room rate is a bit over. But given the location and the cleaniness, the……

“Storage space is a bit small for the room, the bed is comfortable and lighting have four mode for choice which is interesting. The kitchen is pretty small. Bathroom is fine and clean esp. non-peak hour. It’s a pretty good hostel as my experienced. ”

“Check in is smooth with digital key in app. Good view of habour and comfortable space in room. Hotel is within walking distance from train and metro stations. Breakfast is good with choices. Just need to remember to request hotel for makeup room service if required as hotel will observe its green policy letting guests keep using current room amenities if changes are not requested.”

“The staff did all they could, but when there simply isnt enough staff, not much they can do about it. It took a fairly long time to queue for check in, we had dinner in 1 restaurant, needed to wait for quite a bit simply for a staff to be free to show us the table, orders and pay the bills etc. This is probably management problem rather than individuals...”

“Very high class hotel. Very clean and staff are kind. Free wine hour vouchers.👍”

“Everything is worth for the paid money”
