“All the staff we dealt with were polite,really helpful and nothing was to much trouble. The room we stayed in was really big, the beds were so comfy. Plenty of parking available. We paid the small amount extra to use the pool, steam room, sauna & jacuzzi, which we concidered good value for money. We also paid extra for the breakfast, which again was good value, with lots of choice. In the bistro you can have a choice of two main meals (excluding the steak, to be fair of which i wasn't bothered……

“The reception entrance has not seen.a hoover in weeks and also smelt of wet dog when you walked in and it was a warm day not nice smell they had the heating on as well the room was ok but the windows needed a clean the bar was full off rubbish not like the pics showing it on page breakfast was not good either i went out back to answer my phone and had to avoid the dog poo looked like it had not been cleaned up in days and sorry got nothing good to say about the place needs shutting down to do a……

“The property was great we had a lovely big room comfy bed big screen to bathroom was really clean we looked out onto the courtyard which was really big and plenty of parking spaces. The staff were very friendly and efficient we had our evening meal there which was lovely not over priced too the drinks were also reasonable priced the breakfast was really good which was included in the price. Would definitely recommend this place it’s outside of Bridlington but only 15 mins by car it is a very……
