"My family and I came back to Guyana after 33 years. The home met all our needs AC in the the main living area and portable AC in 2 of the 3 bed rooms. The third bedroom had a ceiling fan / stand up fan with a patio to enjoy the sea breeze. We were able to enjoy the fresh fruits from the trees (mango, papaya, cherry and sugarcane. The seawall is less than a two minute walk The neighbors are friendly, and we felt very safe and comfortable in the home. I had a concerned question. The host...

"Breakfast was ok, could have some more varieties in food, juices/hot brewages as there was only 2 types of teas and coffee. Not black tea just 2 herbal teas. Pool is excellent! Changing areas not in service as the hotel is fairly new so many things are still not up and running yet. Staff is very nice but needs a lot of training in being hands on as mentioned hotel is new so there are still in training...very friendly staff though. Always willing and helpful to go the extra mile."

"Very large, quiet and clean rooms. Very comfortable bed with lovely pillows and linen. Ver nice large shower with Molten Brown soaps. Really courteous, professional and helpful staff all round. Great cocktails at the bar downstairs. Great food and service in the top floor fine dining restaurant. Definitely the best hotel in Georgetown by a very large margin. Special thank you to the staff for looking after us so well and providing an extremely thoughtful and wonderful "just married" surprise in our room on our wedding night. Thank you x"
