“The property is generally clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but I was glad to have pumpkin and roti. Coffee was of the instant variety, and my preference is brewed. Location is right in providence. I thought the design of the premises was strange. The only window in the room i stayed in is in the bathroom. The room was cold even after i turned off the air conditioning upon arrival, which i found strange. Walking to the only amenities offered, that are the pool and……

“The breakfast needs improvement to include more authentic to the Guyanese cuisine. Additionally, the guests were not given priority when it comes to eating accommodations. They sold the breakfast daily to outsiders…. Mother's day was a mess.. Guest atvtye hotet did not have access to receive breakfast. Overall the rooms were clean and well kept.”

“The property is nice and clean. Staffs are helpful but a bit slow with the service on the main floor. Miguel in the main restaurant gave us an excellent service. Very attentive. We like the hotel so much that we booked another 2 days next week when we come back to Georgetown.”

“Room had no tolietry, or complimentary water for two nights. The fixtures need an upgrade. The 🛁 leaking from the tap all night. The TV was not clear/snowy screen. This suite had kitchen but no dish or cutlery. The room door need to go. I had to ask staff to open it. Staff was helpful in the breakfast department. Overall. I needed a place to rest so I make do. Hope next time with a bit upgrade and helpful staff who speak English will understand their guest request.”

“The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.”

“the room was very clean, bathroom nicely tiled, and was spacious - hot water to shower was abundant. Parking was good and the owner allowed me to park on the hotel's front driveway. Very close to banks. GRA is one straight drive on camp street. I didn't like the breakfast - only took the breakfast one day - the other days I ate out (not a problem for me)”

“Our stay was perfect and served our needs well! We felt safe during the day but would suggest a taxi at night. The property was clean and well maintained. The pool and daily breakfast were a hit! The unit was very comfortable and came with a gallon of water! We thought there was an issue with the toilet but the property manager came over quickly & taught us how to use it. I wish there was a TV in the bedroom but we made do. Host was very responsive! I would definitely stay again.”
