“We had one thing we wanted to do, go to the rock and see the monkeys. Staff told us where to go for shuttle but the shuttle stopped running at 4 pm. They failed to tell us that but they said we could go back at 9 am the next morning. The shuttle never came and all they could say was it is a different company. PM clerks even got a little snotty. Why not provide us with a phone number to call instead of having us climb up and down the hill to sit and wait. Great stayed ruined by a lack of help”

“If your looking for a cheap but not hi spec hotel this hotel fits the bill. The decor is exactly the same as it was 35 years ago!!! But the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room had a fridge and a air conditioning unit (very noisy) and was clean. Ltd sockets for modern day tech but apart from that was fine. Small pool, (didn't use) so can't comment on that. Yeah overall we had a great weekend and the hotel suited us as we were in the centre of main Street, so ideally situated. But……
