“We got there it ws bout 2 pm, check in.ask about someting to eat d hotel kitchen was closed an staff said we could get tingd to eat on d beach . D places on d beach ws open but d had noting to sell. D room had a leak.i called d front desk they said dey goin to send someone,an hour went by so i wen in person they said they no about it an someone will com. D person did com saw all the towles we had to soke up all d water he look around an left. We had to move all we had to d other side of d room.……

“I particularly enjoyed the breakfast here. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was excellent. However, out of the four coffee machines in the breakfast area, two were not working, and at times as many as three were out of order. “Il y a une chose — enfin, deux choses — à dire : premièrement, vous avez besoin d'un meilleur parking, et surtout d'un parking équipé de bornes de recharge pour voitures électriques. J'ai entendu dire qu'en Guadeloupe, les voitures sont électriques et se rechargent sur secteur, ce ne sont pas des véhicules à essence ; il vous faut donc des bornes de recharge, car nous avons dû garer notre voiture à l'hôtel voisin. “We had an awesome time staying at La Toubana! The set up of the resort on the cliff side is very unique….. having a pool up top overlooking the sea and beach below offers the best of both worlds. They have done a great job of making each bungalow feel secluded utilizing the elevation of the cliff and foliage of the land. “J’ai été à l’hôtel seulement pour 5 nuits et c’était magnifique. Le service était bien, j’ai pas dit super bien parce que certains employés n’étaient pas trop accueillant. J’avais l’impression qu’ils étaient impatients envers nos demandes. Par exemple: pour demander du café mais je disais un latté parce que c’est évident que je ne suis pas de la Guadeloupe et il fallait demandé un café au lait(qui veut dire la même chose) . Il m’a corrigé avec beaucoup d’attitude. Il s’est pas d’autres moments……
