“Air conditioning - there isn't any! My room was like a sauna and it made it very difficult to sleep. The staff tried to help with a mobile air con unit but to limited effect. Otherwise, the stay was lovely, staff superb, wonderful breakfast.
Also, be aware that the "cheaper" rooms are a long way from the main hotel - bit cheeky really.”

“We had a sea facing balcony. The sunsets were beautiful.
The staff were so helpful and always smiling. The food was delicious. The room and public areas were immaculately clean. Such a wonderful place to have a holiday. We thoroughly recommend staying here.”

“Lovely outlook and very comfortable with all amenities, although on quite a busy road so if you’re a light sleeper book a non sea facing room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel on a great bus route, near a Morrisons and garage - lovely swimming right in front of the hotel. We had a lovely 4 night stay”

“Big spacious hotel with good amenities, great breakfast choices and friendly staff. Loved the free use of the spa facilities during our stay. The room furniture is dated and with no room aircon so it can get hot at night but that’s the only criticism.”

“I have stayed at the Imperial Hotel on numerous occasions and always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of choice for breakfast. The views from the restaurant are spectacular. I choose this hotel mainly because it is close to my family who live nearby and also it has a regular bus service.”
