"It was close to Eiffel tower and to the Metro. Also 3 excellent restaurants within a block of hotel....Rooms were small especially if you have hard sided suitcases. No floor room to open them up and bathroom was a bit of a different layout."

"We were in the junior suite with the front facing Eiffel Tower view and it really is jaw dropping when you walk into the room and see it complete with a little balcony. We loved being able to watch the tower light up at night for the light show. The corner is very quiet and with the blackout curtains we had no issues with noise or light. The room is very large for Parisian standards, especially the bathroom featuring a very big and deep bathtub. The hotel is a short walk to the tower and gardens as well as a metro stop. We had a great time! Expensive but worth the splurge in our opinion. "

Condition of the hotel was great. Location maybe a minute and 1/2 from the metro. Great food nearby. y. We'll definitely stay there again. "The staff here were wonderful and so helpful! However, on my last morning (yesterday), there was a lady I hadn’t seen before. I didn’t catch her name but she had short black hair and dark skin. When I said bonjour to her when I saw her at breakfast, she said nothing back. She had a grumpy look and demeanor the entire time she was down there. I assumed maybe she was one of the Wednesday delivery people. However, when the regular guy I’d seen throughout my mornings was off, she was the one remaining. I had an early travel to Disneyland Paris and by choice hadn’t had my room restocked the time I’d been there, so I was taking my tea up to my room. The lady slammed the phone on the wall down, put up her hand, and yelled, “NO!” You would’ve thought I was smuggling something bad or a criminal. She was sooo rude. She could’ve just politely let me know I wasn’t allowed to take tea up to my room, but she didn’t. I don’t know if she was a deliverer, an owner, or what… but this lady needs a crash course in working with people if they are going to put her around them. Wish I caught her name… black lady, short hair, morning of 7/30."
