Beautiful hotel. The staff was very attentive.

Get location! Very walkable area and extremely close to MTR. Lots of great food options. The washing machine in the room was a great addition and there's storage under the bed.

Our stay at K11 Artus was fantastic. The view of the harbour from our balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings to see the lights. I would say, staying here was as comfortable as being at home. The convenience of the transportation options made getting around very easy. And the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Lanson runs a great hotel. I have also stayed at Lanson in Shanghai. The best part about both is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The staff is great!

The executive lounge is a little disappointing. However, everything else is great

First the staff at the front desk are amazing. We opted for a boutique hotel, and very happy with One 96. The room is great, top floor with views to the harbor. We walked a lot to shops and eateries, took uber to further locations (uber not allowed at airport though). Refrigerator in room, as well as freezer, sink, microwave. The Staff tries very hard to please especially on the executive level. The breakfast menu is great. The view is outstanding. The staff is very attentive. It is a very relaxing experience. The lounge is spacious and is an excellent place to sit and relax. Book this hotel every time I am visiting Hong Kong.

Friendly staff and great location.

This is the 2nd time booked this hotel. Surprisedly I got upgrade to 2bedrooms suite, which is cleaner than the room previously I stayed. Friendly front dest staff and very enjoy the art gallery.

Very accessible hotel.

I have spent the last few weeks in Hong Kong staying at Eaton House Hotel, having extended my stay a couple of times. The hotel offers great value for money, and much more space than I had expected to have based on previous HK experiences. The room was ideal - spacious, quiet, well appointed - and the hotel well located for me to walk to work in Central, but be close to anything I needed during my stay. Yes, there is a steep hill up to the entrance, but I never found this to be an issue, and...

Excellent location

Although the price is a little high, this is a great hotel to stay while in HK. Excellent location very close to the MTR, restaurants, shopping & the ferry to Macau. There are only two rooms to a floor, the unit is actually a one bedroom apt with a living room/kitchen. Room service is top notch, the layout is pristine, there are two flat screen TV's with a DVD player, High speed internet and the hotel provides a free smart phone with built in wifi hotspot and free local and international calls....

Property was perfect really. Staff was amazing, room was perfect and pool space was nice and peaceful.
