"We’re lining up for returning the room cards for check out. A guy came from nowhere, passed the line of 3 person to the front desk and ask the staff if he could just put down the room card and go. The staff said yes.
It made us feel the staff very unprofessional. He didn’t take into account the feelings of the 3 of us in the line."
