“Excellent hotel, rooms and service. However, I gave only 3/5 on the amenities due to the shuttle bus to the airport only running once per hour. If you land late at night, last thing you want to do is wait 45 minutes at the airport. Given the rather remote location of this hotel, guests need a solid shuttle service. Special mention to the front desk. The check-in process was very efficient and welcoming. The hotel just needs to fix the shuttle issue and it will be a blast.”

“今次住12樓的客房，樓上傳出裝修聲音，幸好只是上午10時至下午5時間中有嘈音，不是整段時間。但隔音很差，隔壁的兩個房間談話聲都清晰聽到。希望日後裝修可改善嘈音問題。”
