"Having stayed at Sofitel hotels in a few countries this one is up there at the top we were upgraded to the 49th floor which rounded off the experience 100%. One minor negative is on both mornings the hot food at breakfast was on the cold side"

"Excellent Hotel. Close to public transport and a lot of Melbourne's tourist attractions. Only problem I had was finding a staff member as the check in is now via computer. Also was forced to use my Credit card when purchasing drinks when I preferred to pay cash. "
