“The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Luxury Dubai hotel vibes. Everything for the kids- we didn’t manage to do it all. Highly recommended. My daughter is a celiac and they catered to her very well- very friendly and helpful staff and she had a lot of options. Beaches and pools were wonderful. Honestly just brilliant.”

“Die Apartments sind sauber, aber sehr klein. Definitiv zu klein für vier Personen mit Hund. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte täglich, kam aber manchmal erst um 10:00 Uhr, während wir noch frühstückten. Dann wurden nur die Handtücher gewechselt, aber nicht richtig geputzt. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön, und es gibt viele Strände zur Auswahl.Ich wurde weiter empfehlen.”

We did notice that on our more casual days we received slightly different treatment from the staff in the dining room at breakfast, however the breakfast choices are incredible, the spa was exceptional, the staff I encountered and made requests or queries to were more than happy to help. The hotel is situated by the marina and is a short walk from the town and from gorgeous restaurants and bars. While we did not eat main meals at Grand Park hotel our stay……

“Complesso dotato di varie tipologie di alloggi, dal piccolo appartamento a villette singole o multiple.( Tutte molto carine e dotate di accessori cucina) Ideale per famiglie di bambini piccoli medi, molto più complesso per età comprese da 15 in sù. Molte le attrazioni diurne poche le serali e per lo meno tutte simili e noise. ( Ma musica allegra ....) Diciamo poi che si arriva alla sera gia un po' stanchi. “This is a terrible property ... completely false advertising. NOT family friendly. For a family of 7, with 3 toddlers and 2 infants ... they made me reserve 2 suites as they claimed that we could not fit in one suite. While checking in, they said, ooops we made a mistake, yes you guys can all stain in one suite. When I asked about the refund for the second suite, they refused to even discuss it. This was paid in full 7 months in advance. Due to horrible conditions, rat infestation of the……

“We had a fantastic stay and honestly felt that the resort exceeded our expectations. We stayed in one of the villas rather than the main hotel and traveled with our two young daughters. We drove from Budapest and found the entire arrival process very easy. We parked in the designated parking area, took the short ferry ride across, and the staff brought our luggage directly to our room. The villa was excellent. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool, the water pressure was great,……

“Sehr nettes Reinigungspersonal, toller Pool mit Aussicht aufs Meer, gute Idee 10 Uhr erst geöffnet - daher kein Stress mit Liegen reservieren in der Früh- dennoch kein Schwimmen in der Früh vor dem Frühstück. Ich mag keine Musik überall Und den ganzen Tag und Nacht, es war nicht sehr laut aber hörbar. Tolle Grillplätze, Supermarkt”

“The location was good, the accommodation was sub standard- old, dirty, full of mould and in desperate need of a total renovation. The bathroom leaked so badly water was running into the bedroom. The TV didn’t work, the rusty fridge leaked and hadn’t been cleaned inside or out. The only real positive was the restaurant we visited. Benjamin offered a high standard of service and the food was very good. We would never go back and definitely not recommend staying there - it’s a health trap!”
