"This place is lovely! I was initially a bit worried, but I'm glad I decided to stay here. The customer service was excellent throughout my visit. While the food at the restaurant isn't the best, the local cuisine is just a 15-minute drive away. I enjoyed my stay in a two-bedroom suite with my three kids and parents; it was perfect for our larger family. I will definitely come back here soon!"

"Las cabanas por fuera estan bien pero por dentro necesesitan mucho mantenimiento se ven como viejas. Ademas yo pedi una cabana con Jacuzzi y el yacuzzi no funcionaba cuando fueron a repararlo lo pusieron directo a la corriente electrica con riesgo que con el agua me electrocutara asi que mejor no lo use."

The owner and the staff were so kind making breakfast every morning, replenishing towels, toiletries etc and very communicative and helpful with questions or concerns! "Small hotel with 12 suites. No front desk, and need to phone a local number to check in, ask questions, or make requests. This was not a problem for us. It is in the Romantic (gay) Zone in the south of the old city, with many restaurants, shops and attractions within an easy walk. The blocks are small, and the nearest city bus stop is at a park 4 - 5 blocks away. You can ride anywhere in the city for 7.5 pesos (around 45 cents US). The Casa Xantolo is a bit noisy -- it's on a slope, and trucks...
