We booked this room thinking it was the Los Arcos on the beach. When we arrived they told us we had booked the suites which is across the street and down a side street. The room was disgusting. The bathroom was so small and dark I wouldn’t even take a shower there and is was a suite for 4 persons and Expedia still charged me $93 for extra persons even though there were only 4 of us. It had what they called a kitchenette, but that was also gross. The sofa sleeper was so dirty that my daughter and grandson didn’t open it but covered the small sofa with a sheet and slept on it closed up. The next day we were able to move into the hotel itself but even though there were two beds and could sleep 4, we still had to pay an extra amount because there were 4 of us. The hotel was much better, but the bathrooms could use some seriously updating. We only were staying for 3 nights then moved to our timeshare in the hotel zone. Thank God!! I was very disappointed in Expedia as this had happened to me 3 times with them where I have booked a room and upon arrival it was not what was advertised. Never will I use them again.

We enjoyed our stay, the only con was the Wi-Fi didn’t work very well on our balcony, worked well in the living room area. Would like them to put up a booster for that side of the building.
