“I have a poorest experience in OBLU Helengeli resort. This is my fifth times to Maldives but the experience in the resort destroy my whole holiday with family. All the staffs and managers on the island are not helpful and friendly, they can not give helps when I have problems in doing the reservation or on board. 1. I do reservation on June, and I have tell the resorts I will come with a five years old child for several times already, they didn’t tell there is an extra charge until the full……

“Viaggiato in coppia Beach villa numero 106 Camera spaziosa , pulita e funzionale e direttamente sulla bellissima spiaggia bianca vicino al beach bar… Tutto il personale della struttura è di una gentilezza incredibile!!🔝 Cucina buona con proposte per tutti i gusti sia a colazione che a cena. Mare fantastico ..unica pecca un po’ lontano il reef e quindi sarebbe ottimo se il resort riuscisse ad organizzare uscite non a pagamento per lo snorkeling! Abbiamo fatto escursione di pesca notturna molto……

“this is my first time to hard rock hotel Maldives, which introduce from my friend , beside of the beauty of the hotel , the staff is not passion , the activities is not enough, and there is no decoration on my wedding anniversary !! untill i remain them twice!!”

“When I take the boat transfer back to airport, the staff doesn’t slow down the boat while the tide come. My skirt get fully wet. The floor of villa is broken. My villa is out of electricity twice within 4 days. The variety of food is limited. ”

“This was our first time in the Maldives and it exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely amazing. We paid extra to have a pool at our bungalow but the resort does have its own pool where we found ourselves most times so I would say it’s definitely not needed to have your own pool but it is nice to have one. We had baby black tip reef sharks, puffer fish, eagle rays, and so much more right under our bungalow and we could snorkel everyday off our bungalow and see such amazing things. The staff……

“有三個島區的游泳池、設施可以玩，附有水池的水上屋，可以直接下海游泳（雖然浪有點大），可以看到 Monta Ray ，去浮潛 看到 海龜、鯊魚、很多熱帶魚～”

“这是第二次入住库鲁巴度假村，第一次还是8年前。 总的印象变化不大，房间设施有一点陈旧了，但并不影响整体舒适性，而且白天大部分时间也不会待在房间里。 重要的是附近有很赞的水肺潜水点，同时库鲁巴度假村本身的房礁也是浮潜超棒的地点，从早上十点到下午两三点完全可以沉浸在浮潜的乐趣中，搜寻鹰燕鳐和黑鳍礁鲨等大型鱼类。 餐厅的选择也很丰富，只是旺季太难预订5家特色餐厅了。Cafe的菜单选择有些局限，口味算不错。 总之，考虑到房价，库鲁巴绝对是性价比很高的度假村了。”

“酒店整體來說各方面都很好，由於是2025新開酒店，各項設施很新，衛生及環境滿分，職員的服務均滿意，介紹入住員工Fumald及fitness center嘅導師都很親切友善介紹及指導，謝謝他們為我們留給美好體驗及回憶。”

“This is a wonderful hotel. All the staff are very kind. We had a two-year-old child with us, and they were incredibly considerate of our child. It was a wonderful family trip. We were relieved to hear that they were very considerate and understanding, even though we are Japanese and not very good at English.”

“总体非常好的酒店，海水颜色很漂亮，但浮潜没什么鱼，要去另一个岛浮潜，70美金每人，去近的海沟20美金一个人。酒店浪漫，房间很好，适合蜜月情侣。对于喜欢看飞机起落的朋友这个酒店可以拍到很近的飞机照片，飞机的噪音没有影响到我们。”
