“We took so long to check in even we arrived at 8 pm the rooms weren’t ready we waited for almost one hour to check in .. there is a huge miscommunication between staff to the point that they sent the deputy manager and the security to my room to ask me to check out on the day before my checking out and he was insisting. The toilet smelled so bad as if they never maintenance the building”

“Overall it was a good stay and would recommend for the price. A safety deposit box would be a good addition to the room. No aircon but that was not an issue in Aug-Sept when i went so it was fine. My door did not shut fully by itself so had to remember to push closed when leaving, and came back to it ajar after cleaner had been a couple of times, By the looks my door was the only one like that, all others were fine.
