“This hotel was a godsend for us in a city where we felt unsafe. This hotel had comfortable beds, good showers and toiletries and helpful staff. The food was great considering we didn’t want to go out on the unsafe streets of Nairobi. It’s a bit sad that the beautiful forests and animal habitats require passing through dangerous human city habitats, but that’s what’s needed to tick off that safari from your bucket list.”

“Nice place, good price, nicely furnished. People were very helpful. Only thing was when we asked about the free breakfast the night before, the night clerk said there was no free breakfast, but in the morning when I brought it up with the desk clerk as we left she said the night person was incorrect. Miscommunication, not the end of the world. Good location to the airport.”

“My expectations were exceeded. Breakfast was included and it was a full-menu, delicious breakfast in comparison to the "continental" breakfast that i was expecting. The staff was absolutely amazing. I will recommend staying at this property. I will definitely stay again when i visit Niatobi in the future.”

“I traveled to Nairobi, where I was picked up by a staff from hotel. Stayed at the Troy hotel for two weeks. I had plenty of dishes to choose from. The staff checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was greeted going out and coming in. I was asked what would I like for breakfast the next morning. This experience was delightful being a single traveler. I recommend Troy hotel. It gave a family friendly atmosphere.”
