Friendly young staff in the quaint on site restaurant were super attentive and professional. Several Safety hazards, like steps with loose treads at the entry would be a major insurance risk elsewhere. Also no signage anywhere when you pull into the parking lot if you are at the right place after getting GPS to take you through a secondary rough road route. Signs and instructions are cheap. Superb facilities deserve good signage for their guests. Great room! Great view!

Spacious, bright, and comfortable rooms, with beautifully designed common areas that add a special touch to the experience. I especially loved the library bar and its cozy, intimate spaces. The gardens, with their magnificent old trees and peaceful paths, are a pleasure to explore. The Alexander House Museum is charming, and the bar and demonstration room have a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. A beautiful and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at Onyx City Center Tbilisi. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view from the balcony was also beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally nice, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the girl at the reception desk. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she was incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming throughout my stay. Her positive attitude and professionalism made a great impression...

Staff very accommodating, gave directions, made reservations for us, organized taxi's. In house wine cellar very well stocked with expert sommelier offering degustation, great Georgian architecture full of art and life. Location excellent, just off the river and walking distance of freedom square, the hill fort and a bustling art and restaurant district. Rooms nicely equipped, a little musty but more than acceptable and full of character. Price was excellen. Will stay there again when we return...

Brilliant place for guests who work remote!

Incredible, unique stay! It the middle with old Tbilisi, located on a hill and has a beautiful view of the city. The pool is 24/7 so we were able to take a midnight swim. Breakfast was simple but good. The communication with hotel staff was superb via Viber and phone calls. Check in was seamless. Would stay here again!

This is the best hotel I've stayed in in Tbilisi. It's comfortable and convenient if more than a little pricey. It's a former grand old colonial hotel with rooms remodeled to western Marriott standards.

I loved the fact that the rooms are very comfortable meaning accommodations are fully equipped in the room.

very nice hosts. Helpful. However i couldnt get the hot shower to work. so only part of my body get wash, Too cold but refreshing.

The located is awesome, right in the old city. Very close to majority of the sights! Stuff was friendly, room was very modern, had a balcony and everything was very clean and neat. The only thing that concerned me was a tv.y dad was just scrolling through the channels and occasionally found himself watching adult vids. That was the only awkward moment. WE LAUGHED A LOT THOUGH:) so if you travel with kids - watch out haha. Overall, stay was great, if I come back to Tbilisi, I would stay here...
