“Rooms are not clean, the pictures show they are not cleaned properly and are showing significant signs of age. Watched them do a clean of an adjacent room in a few minutes, they need to actually clean the rooms properly and do some maintenance as the appearance shows many marks, stains on walls and areas they just don’t bother to clean.”

“This hotel wants to be a luxury property but it is not. The main problem is the noise. The windows of the room can open and the mechanisms to keep them close don't do a great job, so you hear ALL the noise coming from the street: every motorcycle going by, every honking car, dogs barking, all of it! You will not have a good night sleep at this property. Save your money and go to a much cheaper place that will give you the same experience. This place is definitely not worth the premium. “First impression , just beautifully done . Lovely grounds . Tje staff - porters, dining staff - wonderful, courteous and helpful . Disappointed, my room was not properly cleaned . Noted in the shower all corners dirty with hair , debris . Also a few cobwebs . Tje black walls had soap and other residues . Did politely point out the issue and requested a good clean up . It was not done . Biggest problem - the staff is not trained in handling if any medical issues arose . Not……
