“酒店的硬件同相邻的越南或几大海岛的好酒店比并没有优势，但服务给我留下了极深的印象，如果去琅勃拉邦这将是个极好的体验。 房间免费升到山景，房间有个大露台，躺着睡塌上，茗茶赏景，好不舒服。早餐可以送到房间，天气不太热的话，可以在露台上对着青山享用美食。 酒店的SPA非常出名，价格和上海普通美容院差不多，这次由于感冒，没敢去试，挺可惜的。 酒店送的湄公河日落游船非常值得一试，私人游船很赞，卧着躺着随意，还有专人服务，软饮啤酒都是免费的，也可以预定红酒香槟。 酒店的服务是国内几千一晚的酒店无法相比的，当我电话前台说要搭车出去晚餐，前台马上问有没有预约过需不需要帮忙。退房时刚刚致电前台，门一开两个酒店员工已经在门口候着了。 酒店客房不多，我一共没看到超过10个客人，如果你寻找个安静所在以及卓越的服务，那这里是个非常好的选择。”

“酒店虽然离市区较远，但是万象本来就不大，所以距离不是问题，而且酒店有班车，免费班车，去市区去机场，所以非常非常方便，酒店环境不错，干湿分区不说，房间还有微波炉这些设备，酒店的游泳池健身房都很专业，晚上睡觉床特别软，前台服务很好，很热心！酒店唯一不足的地方就是早餐内容很少！都不知道可以拿点什么吃的！”
