Trotz der großen Hitze konnte man sich gut im Haus aufhalten - als Passivhaus war es sehr gut gedämmt und hat sich Nachts entsprechend abgekühlt. Einziges Manko war die fehlende Klimaanlage - die in der Hausbeschreibung aufgeführt war (darum 4 von 5 Sterne).
