"Staff really friendly, Room very clean. Just the drinks could improve. Like Orange juice could be fresh, instead of using concentrate. The room had some noisy panels that vibrates during evening ( 220) maybe it needs some maintenance or something to reduce vibrations. Food was amazing tho, just missing nuts in the morning I would say. Staff been fantastic, Osman, Mohammed, everyone very friendly."

"A very luxurious and calming experience for our first visit to Mallorca. The hotel has a lot of thoughtful small touches (thick beach towels, lovely soaps), great parking, and a very restful and delightful ambience. Breakfast had a glorious amount of options. Stunningly pretty, old olive trees on the property and sheep and goats grazing in the distance. Would highly recommend! It's also very easy to get from there to many points of interest on the island so can be used as a jumping off...

"The hotel is very family friendly and all the people were very nice and helpful. It is close to the beach, with calm sea what is again good for families with children. The room we were located was not close to the places were night events were happening, what makes it quiet and good for kids."

"My husband and I celebrated my Birthday at this beautiful property 4 days ago. This Property is break taking! 10/10 in all areas. The staff was warm and welcoming, food was amazing and the hotel is extremely beautiful and relaxing. If you are considering booking, just do it!! We will definitely be returning."

"Really good for price i paid , however we got taken to beach by the hotel minibus , a 30 plus minutes walk away , there was a torrential storm and they just left us with 2 toddlers to walk back, no remorse either ,no duty of care, and you cannot get a taxi for love or money from there"

The room was very confortable, the breakfast was also very good but for me, the king of the stay is the swimming pool space and garden ! Wonderfull to chill and rest. Also very close of Cuevas de Drach (3 min walking) and from the portocristo harbor, where there are a lot of restaurant choices. We loved our stay here!"
