“pros:looks new. clean and mordern. staff is helpful. close to old town and everything while away from the noises. bed is comfortable cons: while i appreciate free coffee and bottled water in the lobby, it would be perfect to have kettle and fridge in-room. toilet ground is wet after shower because there is leakage from the shower cubicle. ”

“A beautifully decorated hotel in downtown Lviv, close to everything. Good size room and bathroom. Cleaning service was excellent. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the area with heavy traffic. Ruslan ( I believe he is a reception manager) was very helpful with every need or question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.”
