“The room was good. It was clean and comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about the room. Its pet friendly too which is cool. The front desk had us entered in their system as in a room on the first floor, but gave us keys for a room on the second floor (no big deal, mistakes are made). But I think they almost double booked the room, because a worker came to check to see if someone was in the room. She gave the lightest knock and then immediately opened the door, despite the "do not disturb tag……

“I asked housekeeping if they were going to clean our room n they said no, so I said why not. You’ve have cleaned our room since we checked in Sunday. I couldn’t understand why they clean the rooms daily and shouldn’t have to be asked to do it.”

“Everything was great except for the Aaltos breakfast buffet, the scrambled eggs tasted awful and not much choice with food.”

“Dogs are allowed. That’s a good thing. Good food and service at altos. Good customer service at the front desk checking in. However the room price was higher than we normally pay for that room. Not sure why? And the other thing we didn’t care for was the amount of people smoking cigarettes and pot just outside the entrance doors.”
