“Everything was disapointing. From the look of the entrance with a dated décor to the very used carpets, stikky door, and minimal breakfast, utensils all together for everyone to choose (non hygienic) to watery coffee, Why is it marked an hotel 8/10 ???”

“The hotel overbooked their rooms, and didnt inform me. We drove 13 hours to find that they had no room for us. We didnt get a courtesy call even though I called them ahead of time to ensure they'd be fine with a late check-in. The staff was not helpful, and tried to pass the buck onto the other hotel that they booked us into. We were charged the same amount even though it was a less desirable hotel.”

“I was thoroughly satisfied with my room and the service I received. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; the rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. The only drawback was that the restaurant was only open until 2 pm. For anyone staying there who doesn't have a car, it posed a problem if you didn't want pub food from The Taveran.”
