“When we arrived at the hotel, we couldn’t open the door. We peeked through the gate and saw the green moldy pool water, the unswept grounds, and the abandoned hotel. It would have been nice if I was called by the booking agent to tell us the hotel went out of business. After spending an hour trying to figure out what we were going to do, a nice family with a van stopped with the same situation; reservations to a hotel which was closed.
