“Decor could do with updating in the bedroom area and bathroom ”

“Sehr netter unkomplizierter Empfang, gemütliches hübsches Tinyhouse wie beschrieben. Lage sehr schön am See. Alles sauber.Der See einladend. Die Nähe zu Amsterdam top. Die Beschallung der viel befahrenen Straße ist immer präsent und stört leider etwas die Idylle. Das wäre nur mit einer Schallschutzmauer zu dämmen an der Straße.”

“Beautifuly decorated and comfy beds. Directly on the lake and friendly staff. Bring a gas cooker or one use bbq type thing for your meals or there are Restaurants or I saw a family with take away pizza. A little fridge, cutlery, plates and bowls supplied. Soft, fluffy towels, washing up things too. Supermarket 5 mins away. One needs to be used to being self-sufficient and down to earth. Fresh water tap around the corner, showers and toilets shared and regularly cleaned. Beautiful and peaceful.……

“Das Gartenzimmer mit eigenem Whirlpool ist super. Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Das eigene elektrische Tor ist toll, jedoch wäre eine Info da drüber hilfreich gewesen. Der Durchgang in der Hecke ist mehr als ungünstig, da er so liegt, dass vom Nebengebäude in den Garten und das Zimmer geschaut werden kann. Sollten vom angrenzenden Gebäude beide Vorhänge offen sein, kann vom Parkplatz bis ins Zimmer geschaut werden. Ein Tor in der Hecke würde alle Probleme lösen. Weiter wären 1-2 weitere Haken an den……

“Our family had a wonderful stay. The communication with Stan and management was excellent. Very nice accommodation and we loved having to bike or walk to it. We enjoyed the wildlife on the canals. ”

“Great hotel. Feature beams in the room. Bar & restaurant for evening food with a canal side outdoors terrace facing the evening sun. Breakfast included was really nice and is in the cafe opposite. Would definitely recommend. Staff were very helpful. Very good for access to the train station which is 6 stops from Amsterdam Central, 15 mins. ”

“Our stay was great, fell in love with the town of Abcoude ( short drive or train to Amsterdam ) apartment was fine but description of rooms and bathrooms doesn’t match. It has two bedrooms ( not 3 as it is stated) and 1 toilet, two showers and 1 bathtub. It is described as two toilets and two showers. Great location in the middle of town with restaurants and supermarket close by. Fairly clean , just a few cowwebs in corners and under beds. Extremely steep staircase . Overall, a great place ”
