"Great location, spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff. An amazing breakfast every morning! We were at the front of the hotel on main road to the square so it could get noisy at night with window open, however the aircon is good so quiet with the window closed. Would definitely recommend this hotel, great value for money too. "

"We had a fantastic time in Krakow! The hotel messaged me with a slight issue with my booking, however when they reached out they provided a solution to the “issue”. The riverview was spectacular, the restaurant and lobby bar were both great and all the staff were lovely. Parking was a little tight with a bigger SUV, but we managed to make it work. Both my husband and I agreed we would highly recommend the Qubus Krakow to any of our friends or family who may travel there!"

"Honestly, I can’t say anything negative about this place! Awesome location, friendly, helpful staff, and quiet rooms although right in the thick of all the action! Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Loved having complimentary slippers, coffee and water in our rooms. Breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. Several Michelin star restaurants within walking distance but shout out to the milk bar across the street which had amazing pierogies (best of the 3 different pierogi restaurants I went to). There’s no reason to not stay here again. In fact, at the last minute we had to adjust our travel plans and decided to stay one more night here!!"

"Very nice property, esp the interior decoration of the ground floor, comfortable room, great staff service at all levels (reception, concierge, restaurant staff, porters etc..), good food."

"We found the staff friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious (although some may not love the black decor throughout), the breakfast an ideal starter to the day and the location excellent (literally 1 minute walk from the new rail station for the transfer from the airport, and a 5 min walk to the old town). The only negative was the lack of cupboards in the room to put your clothes in. You can ask for a ‘wardrobe’ to be delivered to the room but you shouldn’t have to ask - there’s plenty of room for a set of drawers. This seems to be a ‘feature’ in some hotels nowadays, sadly. We received a free bottle of bubbly on arrival and all the soft drinks in the room fridge were free and replenished daily. We had a great stay here and I would certainly recommend for the location alone. "

"This is the only hotel with a comfortable entrance, large enough to get on and off a taxi with a wheelchair without a rush in such a central Cracow location. Staff were very helpful and rooms were nice and clean."

"A great hotel located in the Old Town of Krakow. Very convenient for all the main sites in the city and in easy walking distance of the main train station. All the staff were friendly, and the food was very good. The room was quite small but adequate for a short stay. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel."
