“Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower. “A wonderful stay—felt like family! The staff here are incredibly kind and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. The surroundings are beautiful and the location is perfect—peaceful and natural, yet close to everything you need. Our room was clean with a very comfortable bed, and the breakfast was simple but delicious. Highly recommend!”

“C'est joli, mais quand il pleut, la piscine n'a aucun intérêt :( Le petit dejeuner n'était pas un buffet mais un choix... Au final j'ai eu 2 pancakes, c'était un peu léger.”

“We loved the aesthetics here! Beautiful location with gardens and rice fields! Loved that we could borrow the bikes and ride through the village. The staff were VERY friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend. ”

“Hoang Minh Mountainside Villa was a pretty unique experience overall. Being out in the jungle setting was definitely cool and gave the stay a different vibe compared to being right in town. That said, the location is quite far from Ninh Binh and Tam Coc, so getting to restaurants, shops, or anything else takes a bit of effort. The property does provide bikes, but unfortunately all of the ones we saw had flat tires and didn’t feel reliable enough for a longer ride into town. On the plus side,...
