“部屋やホテル全体として割と痛んでいる所が多く、シャワーのお湯があまり出ないといったことがあった。
チェックインの際も予約しているはずが、ホテル側で中々確認できず、かなり時間を要した。
なお、対応に当たってのスタッフ全般の動きとしては、とても誠意が感じられるものがあり、親切であった。
また、海側の部屋からはほぼオーシャンフロントと言える位に眺めが良く、クアラルンプールから比較的近いロケーションなのもポイントが高い。”

Doorman was excellent…
But the hotel lacks maintenance..
Old paint work, signs of water leaks all over building.
A lot of patchwork repairs…
I am saying this because I am in the building industry..

“Booked a water villa for the New Year celebration and had a wonderful stay. The villa was cozy yet felt very luxurious, with a beautiful private pool that I used throughout the day. Because of that, I often needed extra towels and floor towels, and housekeeping was excellent. They were very responsive and always provided everything I needed. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience.”
