"Fantastic hotel in a great location. Within walking distance to all the shops, cafes and bars in Thamel and also very close to Durbar Square and the Garden of Dreams. The staff were all so nice and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing too. I stayed here twice, once before my Everest Base camp trek and then again after. Super hotel and will stay here again in the future when I next visit Nepal."

"I have had several great stays at Airport Diana Hotel over the last couple of months. I have used the hotel as a base while in Nepal and it's such a comforting feeling knowing that I am going to a place that I enjoy, great staff at the front desk, dining room, kitchen, housekeeping, driver to airport pick up/drop off and even the security gentlemen. The staff are all so polite and kind and offer suggestions on how to get places and one of the owners even took me to the bus stop outside on Ring Road to make sure I got on the right bus to Nagarkot. I stayed here in 2025 as well and it's just great!! The breakfasts and food in general are worth a mention and the roof top is pleasant too. The Manager, Aananda, is always there in the lobby/ hotel to great you with kindness and sincerity. Unfortunately I don't know all the front desk staff's names but Rabi and Surparna are worth a mention and one of the Owners/ Supervisors, Diwas, and all the other staff are just great! I highly recommend the Airport Diana Hotel for authenticity and a great Nepalese stay and they always welcome you back with a refreshing drink upon entry."

"The location is great . Only thing I didn’t like was the bed . It was not as comfortable. Any motels nearby had better mattress and pillows . Had a hard time sleeping . Food is amazing and staff really helpful."
