“Nice location and excellent service. ”

“Very disappointing checkout experience at Grand Hyatt Goa. Despite calling reception three times requesting help with luggage, no one came to assist. After waiting for quite some time, I eventually had to carry all the luggage myself during checkout. Service should not be different during check-in and check-out. Guests expect the same level of attention and hospitality throughout their stay, especially at a luxury hotel. This was certainly not the experience I expected.”

“It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. ”

“Our stay here for 15 days was exemplary, I struggle to find any issues, but if one had to, there was one day when we had to wait 10 minutes with other guests for a table for breakfast. The room itself was cleaned both regularly and on demand. Room amenities were faultless. The standout feedback we have after this vacation, was the excellent staff interaction, they really go all out to meet your needs!! Thanks Guys!!!”

“Our second stay at this property, the personal remembered us from before and they looked after us. There are a lot of people to mention but highlighting some of those fantastic guys who looked after us where Miraz the chef who looked after all our culinary needs, Yogesh, mustafa and srijita looking after us at breakfast. Vijay and all at the pool area looking after us. All the cleaning staff were amazing. Had a great 11days at the property Krishna the manager was attentive to all our needs. Plus……

“We didn't get the room we'd requested and paid for. We were very disappointed with the room we got. Bathrooms and rooms definitely need to be renovated. Over rated as a 5 star hotel. Only positive was the good staff they have. ”

“I had a very pleasant stay at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Calangute. The overall experience was excellent and the hospitality from the staff really stood out. The customer service was professional, friendly, and always ready to help whenever needed. Housekeeping did a great job as well — the room was kept very clean and well maintained throughout the stay. “Booked for 4 people 2 kids 2 adults. When got ro room at 11 pm had to argue to get beds for childeen. They expected all 4 of us to share one bed. This was then again repeated on a second booking”
