“Box tissue was empty when we checked into the room. It was replenished after I wrote a note (in French thanks to Google translate) to housekeeping.
In the same note, I informed staff that there were different bugs (4 beetles & another bug I can't identify) that were resident in our room up on the ceiling. Nothing was done about it. We had to keep the desk lamp on pointed to a corner to attract the bugs away from our bed.
