“Many things were not acceptable in regards to our room. The windows did not open fully due to the curtains blocking them and it was stifling hot. and when we tried to manipulate them, we were afraid they would break.
The daily housekeeping was unacceptable - coffee cups were left dirty in the room, the bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned at all, and in the bathroom the windows did not shut properly. The water from the shower went all over the floor. In the middle of our stay, we found a……

“Hier soir à 20h30, nous nous sommes présentés au Gîte des Mésanges (réservation n° 72069561495744).
À notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous a informés ne jamais avoir reçu de confirmation de réservation de la part d’Hotels.com.
En conséquence, le logement n’était absolument pas prêt pour nous accueillir : travaux non terminés et gîte non chauffé.
Nous nous sommes ainsi retrouvés le soir du réveillon, sans logement, accompagnés de notre enfant de 3 ans, situation totalement inacceptable et……
