“Great, clean accommodations at an affordable rate!!”

“Excellent accommodations! This unit was perfect for my needs, and the host provided great communication and everything that I needed for my 2 night stay. Room was clean, private, and secure. The AC provided a very cool and comfortable environment during some hot days outside. Parking was right next to the unit (on grass, but a firm surface). There is a little private outdoor area for the unit with a couple chairs and table that was great for sitting outside on a nice evening. I would definitely……

“The property is in an excellent location. Easy walk to the historic area full of restaurants, cafes, shops, and more. Easy 20ish minute drive to Wrightsville Beach. The owners are very organized and great communicators. The place was immaculate and loved that it was a historic house! I would definitely book here again! 10 out of 10!”

“The kitchen for a mom of 3 was to die for. Spacious and beautiful. The screen door and the beautiful morning sun while we ate our breakfast. It was perfect space to travel downtown Wilmington and close enough for three beaches! 2nd year staying there and it just feels like home. ”

“Great location! We could walk to the Riverwalk and many restaurants. Parking was on the street, but there was always a spot for us. It is an old house, which is neat with its original windows. The drain in the bathtub was clogged, but while we were out, they came and fixed it right away. Great communication!! in DC Some of the paint could be repainted, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.”
