“The house was perfect for our two families of 6 kids and 4 adults. We loved the location and easy access to the dock. We rented a boat for a day and loved being able to come back and forth with our dock for meals. The location is great with an easy drive to stores and the beach. Hot tub was a hit for all! ”

When we first arrived, the place was a bit warm, likely due to the time of day, but it cooled down by the evening. “We enjoyed our stay at the Birdhouse Lodge. It was quiet, cozy and had a great view of nature. The road to get there was steep and bumpy but my Prius handled it (in June, no snow). The main bed was too soft, but without the foam topper it was just right for us. The listing is accurate except that there are now FOUR TVs and nice chairs around the firepit.
