“Nice hotel/park with great pool and beach directly next to the hotel. The rooms were large and clean. The meals included are large buffet style meals, we liked the breakfast but lunch and dinner were not the best in our opinion. We found some nice restaurants one town over (porto cesareo) which we would recommend using instead. The ambiance of the restaurant is also not very nice which is understandable due to its size and the number of people visiting.”

“A bit difficult to find in the old city with a car. They also did not tell us that door would be locked and buzzer was not obvious. Otherwise room was wonderful in townhouse. Breakfast was terrific and Monopoli was the finest town yet on this Puglian adventure. We wished we had stayed another night. They also took care of our car and brought luggage and us to our room! Not that way for use in Matera where cost of room exceeded DFb”

“From the personalized greeting as we entered the property, to being welcomed as we parked. Every step of the reception process was exceptional and professional. Check-in was quick Rooms were outstanding The view is priceless The complementary shuttle between the hotel and downtown, whether you’re visiting the restaurant, or just spending time exploring.. the shuttle service was an unexpected bonus Every time we returned to our rooms, they had been reset cleaned and organized, as if we were……

“Settimana fantastica, coccolati in tutto, bella spiaggia, piscine e pranzi sempre ottimi e variegati. Anche nostra figlia ha fatto subito amicizia e si è trovata bene con le attività organizzate. Qualche aspetto minore della gestione del tennis da migliorare, ma tutto sommato un'ottima esperienza da rifare.”

“The staff was excellent. Desiree in particular was excellent…she was everywhere to oversee all aspects of the resort and was helpful to all her staff…she led by example!”

“Had an amazing stay staff went over and above to help with a recommendation for local restaurants etc . The manager Alessandro was on site checking with guests to ensure they were ok. Only negative being off season the breakfast service could be slow ( maybe better to have coffee machines rather than individual orders) . Many Thanks for a wonderful week. ”
