"The rooms were beautiful and modern in an outdoor setting. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Both our early arrival and our late departure were no issue. Messages were answered promptly on WhatsApp, and ferry terminal pick up/drop off were seamless. Location was excellent - within walking distance of the beach, Lagoi Plaza and Lost in Scale Park and just a short drive to the ferry terminal. The in-room breakfast was also delicious! "My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Montigo. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Elisabet who was always so lovely and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. We loved our huge room with private pool to relax in! Loved the jetsking and ATV. Also enjoyed the buffet breakfast and beautiful restaurants on site. Overall we had a lovely stay and would come back again!"

"Very disappointing stay, one of the worst experiences. Taxi driver could not know the location and made several rounds before getting to the right place. So call a residence but no cooking utensils at all except one stained pan and one stainless pan but nothing else for cooking. Advertised that there is a swimming pool and in fact NO POOL. We had to ask for toilet roll and waited for TWO days. The bathroom floor was full of water. Really disappointed hotel experiences."
