“Order room with balcony and received one without”

“Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The hotel has potential, but it needs significant renovation and better maintenance. The rooms feel old and deteriorated, including the beds and A/C units, and the TVs are very small. We also experienced A/C problems and water leaks. There is no elevator, which can be very difficult for guests with mobility issues, especially when assigned to upper floors. Parking is another problem. The area is very congested, parking is limited, and hotel guests……

“What was unique about this property was that we had to pay $20 at checkout for a pillow case because there was a black smudge on it. Of course we could not confirm if it was there from before because we didn't inspect the pillows before gping to sleep. Very first time I experienced this at a hotel.”

“Overall stay was ok for 1 night. Property was being remodeled, which is mentioned via letter in each room. Small power outages, which fortunately were very short. Room was clean, and staff was very helpful with early room availability and easy check out process.”

The food is very good and reasonably priced, and the breakfast offers several choices. The staff may be limited, but everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and willing to assist.
