“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“Ein richtig schönes Hotel. Der Service ist super! Man bekommt allerlei Tipps. Es gibt einen privaten Strandabschnitt bei La Cinta mit Liegen zum kostenpflichtigen buchen und einen kostenpflichtigen Shuttle-Service zum Strand und in die Stadt. Das Frühstück ist lecker und reichhaltig. Die Servicekräfte sind äußerst sympathisch. Das Zimmer ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Parkplätze sind kostenlos und überdacht verfügbar. “The property was extremely clean and the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. The views from the balcony are incredible and despite the property being dated it is obviously very well cared for, as it is in good condition. The rooms are spacious the beds are comfortable and the linens were good quality. The location is peaceful and the balconies are spacious with incredible views. The breakfast buffet was tasty with a generous selection. ”
