“Das Zimmer war super sauber & wurde jeden tag gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal war super zuvorkommend. Von dem leckeren Frühstück mit einer riesigen Auswahl & der super Bar, brauche ich gar nicht erst anfangen. Das Hotel ist wirklich eine 1 mit Stern! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke für die grandiose Zeit!”

“Nice hotel, but the staff really needs to decide if they want to be in hospitality. The majority of the staff never says hello or goodbye. They won’t even acknowledge you. They have very limited relationships with local restaurants, so they can’t help you get a table. Overall, the service is very unfriendly, and the front desk makes you feel like you’re bothering them. If you'd like to charge and advertise like a 5 Star, please provide 5 Star service. The worst part is that they charge €10……

“We stayed at Baglioni Resort Sardinia for five nights and, unfortunately, left feeling disappointed. For a 5-star resort, we expected a much higher level of service. Our experience started at check-in. With temperatures above 30°C, we expected at least a welcome drink or some kind of refreshment. There were also several issues with our room. We requested a bed rail for our daughter on arrival but never received one. Drilling work had to be done in the room, and the fine dust was never properly……

“Wir waren ehrlich gesagt sehr enttäuscht. Das Hotel nennt sich Resort. Von einem Resort-Charakter kann man in unseren Augen nicht sprechen. Die Zimmer sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, man muss eine öffentliche Straße laufen+eine Hauptstraße überqueren. Der Beach Club ist kostenfrei, 1 Daybed kostet 100€ + 18 € für einen Aperol Spritz - auch, wenn man Hotelgast ist UND ein Daybed gemietet hat. “Great hotel location. Small rooms but adequate. Lovely small private beach but the sun loungers were quite expensive. 40 Euros per person daily. Garden shower bottom by the beach was filthy. Lots of leaves blocking it and stagnant water, for at least three days while we were there here. Impossible to stand in it. Reported this issue at the reception to no avail. It’s a shame, no attention to details. Despite it, we loved to stay there. The receptionists were great especially Stefania who has……

“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“The property was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were on the smaller side but big enough and we had a sea view with a balcony which was gabulous. My favorite was the private beach which was beautiful with chairs and umbrellas without extra charge. We ate at all 3 restaurants and food was great! Only downside is it is isolated and taxis are impossible to get and expensive you definitely need to rent a car.”
