“The beds were very comfortable The shower drain was plugged. The lamp did not work. And the only the elevator for the big hotel is not very reliable”

“Not in the most ideal location, and although the price was fair, the room was fairly clean (some dog kibble was still there from the last guests), and the attached restaurants made our stay easier, there were too many little things (dirty stairwells, food and garbage in the hallways, groups of drinking teens at some entrances/exits, etc.) that addd up to an "OK" stay instead of a great stay. The front desk staff was very accommodating and the restaurant bartender/waiter was extremely helpful,……

“Parking lot is tight so be careful! Otherwise what a lovely hotel. Room was modern and funky. Bed was comfy. Very nice.”

“Everything was great except that the day I arrived they'd apparently had some issue where the kitchen was temporarily closed. A couple of days later they had a limited menu, which was good. They have great french fries and I had a chicken caesar wrap as well. The kitchen problem was the only issue. I've stayed there before and I would stay there again. The staff is very friendly and helpful.”

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”

“The room was nice but the beds were very hard, lumpy, and both beds had squeaky springs. Every minor movement made loud creaking and it woke my baby up throughout the night. The pool heater and hottub jets were both broken. The staff were polite but also very pushy for us to purchase their private parkade parking, however we were fine on the street.”

My first room was disastrous,it was dark, the little fridge has no shelf or bars to hold anything in.AC not working The bathroom sink was clogged with things coming from the drain. The second room was a plus , AC works, bathroom was excellent, fridge was good, light coming through the window, MUCH BETTER.”

“Suite was spacious. The pull out bed was very comfortable for our 5 year old son and the bedroom was seperate and private so we could stay up after he went to bed. The view of the river was beautiful. We all loved the pool and the restaurant served a really delicious breakfast. Great location. We will definitely stay here again.”
