“The hotel is fine. Rooms are in great shape. The lobby is honestly the roughest part. dirty and in disrepair. The restaurant is great, but very expensive. The pools are mixed bag. Novelty factor is great, but the slime and sludge around the whole thing is very off putting. Staff at the front desk were a rough introduction. Inefficient and difficult to talk to. Every other staff member we saw and chatted up in the elevators and hallways was amazing. Bottom line: a fun little getaway for a……

“Nice rooms, pool was dirty and the floor in the pool area is crumbling and right. Fun slide but pool and deck need some maintenance.”

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”

“Room was clean. We weren’t able to check into our room until 5:30 which wasn’t ideal. Front desk was apologetic about it. Pool was nice but crowded and ended up leaving due to the number of people. Overall decent hotel, bit dated but clean.”

“Aside from $18 Aperol spritz’s in the lobby bar (everything was pricey, good quality, but pricey) the stay was great. Central location, walkable to several close by restaurants…… but it’s Regina and there isn’t much going on, not the hotels fault. Clean, friendly staff, character hotel with good amenities like a well set up gym.”
