“The hotel is dated but serves its purpose and the water was great! The restaurant was good and the staff there were super helpful!!!”

“We stayed in the tower side and it seemed much less cared for then the other side. Pool was slimey on the floor. Would definitely not let my kids walk the hallways alone either. Only good thing was the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.”

“I checked in to this hotel and lobby is beautiful which makes you think the rooms will match. Once I got to my room it was a different story. I had no fitted sheet for my bed, no working ac, the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned, and there were multiple mysterious substances/stains in the carpet that looked like it had been untouched and left to dry out in weeks. It’s right next to a liquor store so a very drunk many opened the door for me, so between that and the not cleaned room I felt unsafe and……

“Waterside is fun. Bit run down looking. Rooms were decent. Neighbourhood seemed okay.”

“Friendly professional staff at the desk. Room was clean and breakfast was fine”

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”

“We have to request for a different room. The first room that was assigned to us, smells like cigarette. I phoned the front desk regarding the issue and offered a different room to us.”
