This is the most relaxing, beautiful boutique hotel with an amazing pool and beautiful gardens.. My second time here and would happily return

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was warm and welcoming, and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the owner was lovely and made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to stay again. Highly recommended!

Breakfast is delicious and location is superb!

Gorgeous, romantic. Highly recommend staying in the wine countryside. Three course dinner was exceptional, best meal we had including the big cities.

Lovely place in a nice village with an amazing view. The staff was very nice, and the food was excellent.

Great hotel, great location, great staff.

We had an amazing time. Thank you for the hospitality! Very helpful and informative. What a beautiful property.

Stunning views from the window. We stayed only one night, but wished to stay at least three. Host was very helpful in making our stay enjoyable. God breakfast included.

Pool was not ready for the one night we satyed but the area was enjoyable and the views gorgeous.

When we booked this hotel, we somehow thought it was in Marbella and right on the beach...we were wrong on both counts. It is in Casares (near Marbella) and is about a 5-minute drive up the road from the beach. No matter, it has its own private Beach Club with prompt shuttle service. While the Beach Club is beautiful with a wonderful restaurant and spectacular pool, the beach itself is very uninspiring. Great location and service was exceptional. The room was wonderful!

Everything was great. Clean and comfortable

I stayed at El Pilar last March and returned for one night because of the service, location and beautiful property. The front desk is always helpful and always wear a smile. The recognized I had been there in March, so check in was easy. The roof top bar is awesome as is a light breakfast downstairs.

Lovely hotel charmer with excellent views. We were greeted with a glass of sherry. Our room was located at the top with spectacular views of Arcos. Breakfast was amazing and I highly recommend it. Driving to the old town was challenging even with a subcompact car. Be on guard for a guy asking for tips in the parking lot near the church. He's not affiliated with the parking lot.

This is a wonderful place for a dream vacation. Unfortunately, we messed up our dinner choices for New Years and a few other nights. We didn’t realize that the Hotel had a sister property with more restaurants. We stayed at the better property but I wish that we had known about the sister property for New Years and more restaurant choices

we had such a great stay, absolutely would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is great and the rooms are spacious. Super quiet and luxurious too
