"Mattress was beyond hard. Really unbelievable. Check-in self-service would not take a credit card unless you had a PIN. No place to sit, relax or work. Any area where you might think to go was reservation only, so you couldn't just go to relax or read at random times. Rooms are too small to do any of this in. Lobby was always full of tour groups and stacked luggage. Bathrooms were super small. "

They are militant about taking your shoes off here, we loved the free dessert bar, but overall the hotel was absolutely packed with tourists and kind of crazy.
