“24時間以内にチェックインメールが来ると表示あるも15時になっても来ませんでした。他の部屋にチェックインのお客様が部屋にあるタブレットで楽天に連絡してくれて何とか入室出来ました。あとでわかった事で、予約完了画面の「施設への問い合わせ」から入室ルームナンバー等の表示がありました。 大変分かりづらいでした。”

“清掃が行き届いていて、マッサージチェアもあり、とても快適に過ごすことができました。犬猫連れで宿泊しましたが、過度な装飾もなく、安全に過ごすことができました。”

“The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. ”
